Rental conditions, loading rules and website terms of use.

These terms govern use of this website and outline the general conditions of dumpster rental service from Countrywide Dumpster Rental Commerce City. A signed or verbally confirmed rental agreement controls in the event of any conflict.
Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information. Sizing, weight and pricing guidance are estimates based on typical projects and are not guarantees. Confirm details with us before relying on them.
Rental period
Standard rental terms run 7 to 10 days from delivery unless otherwise agreed. Additional days may be billed at the daily rate quoted at booking. Containers not released for pickup continue to accrue rental time.
Weight allowances and overage
Each quote includes a stated tonnage allowance. Weight beyond that allowance is billed at the per-ton rate disclosed at booking, based on certified scale tickets.
Loading requirements
Debris must be level with or below the container's fill line. Containers loaded above the rim, or loaded in a manner that is unsafe or illegal to transport, cannot be hauled until corrected, and a trip charge may apply.
Prohibited materials
Liquid paint, solvents, fuels, oils, pesticides, pool chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, batteries and pressurized containers are prohibited. Tires, mattresses, electronics and refrigerant-bearing appliances require prior approval and may carry surcharges. The customer is responsible for costs, fines and load rejections resulting from prohibited materials.
Placement, access and property
The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal and adequate access, for identifying private utilities, irrigation, septic components and sensitive surfaces, and for obtaining any required permits or HOA approvals. Trucks are heavy; while we take reasonable care and offer protective decking, we are not liable for ordinary surface wear to driveways, curbs, lawns or paved areas resulting from agreed placement.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Trucks already dispatched may incur a trip charge.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Colorado law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from services or website use is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including project delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with venue in Adams County.
